this is a carefully choreographed combo to condition your body and mind to feel your most empowered, energized and balanced. This workout is dance inspired with a functional training backbone.

Rhythmq Strength
Reps to the rhythm!
Resistance training is a vital part of our physical health! Strength weaves functional & dynamic weight training with sculpt/pilates methods. This class focuses on improving posture and balance while building lean muscles.

Rhythmq Cardio
Reaching flow state through cardio to release the ultimate dose of endorphins!
Our cardio is inspired by simple dance & cardio moves choreographed in a way that flows to the rhythm of the music. Designed to improve overall stamina and fitness, this class keeps you motivated and challenged. Not to mention, it's just fun!
